My own healing journey propelled me to learn the undeniable importance of the mind-body-spirit connection. Through that experience and my studies of Ayurveda, EFT and other healing modalities, I've come to see that in order for lasting healing to take place, every level of the human being needs to be addressed. Ayurveda aims at bringing the mind and body back into balance and reconnecting us to our spirt, or true Self, using the principles and laws of nature – which we are a part of. When we can realign our actions and thinking with the rhythms and energies of nature, we naturally begin to make healthier choices for ourselves, experience more happiness and create the proper environment for healing to take place. When I work with clients, we look at the causes and effects of all aspects of their life and how they can be leading to their symptoms. From there we create a healing protocol designed uniquely for them, which may include nutritional guidance, herbs, meditation, breath work, aromatherapy and various other lifestyle practices. Clients are supported through this process through regular sessions either weekly or bi-weekly so that their goals are achieved and any challenges are overcome.
