Stephanie Simpson is a Coach, Speaker, Consultant, Artist, and Educator living in NYC. Using her background in dance, theatre, yoga, mindfulness/meditation, energy work, self psychology, positive psychology, sport psychology, trauma, and conflict resolution, she guides people to achieve their greatest potential by connecting the mind, body, and spirit, working through their fears, and empowering them to overcome obstacles. She holds a BA in Interdisciplinary Studies from Emerson College, an MFA in Dance Performance/Choreography from Smith College, is a RYT-200 Certified Yoga Instructor, and is currently pursuing an MA in Clinical Psychology with an emphasis in Spirituality, Mind, Body at Columbia University, Teachers College.
Stephanie believes deeply in the power of alignment and integration of the mind, body, spirit. When we are truly aligned and find our own balance, that is when we find peace and ease in all areas of our life. Her curiosity has led her down many paths whether that be as an advertising executive a musical theatre/dance artist a yoga and meditation teacher or a middle/high school arts teacher. In each of these paths, one truth remained the same: saying YES to one's authentic self and trusting in the process.
Stephanie has presented, led workshops, and consulted for many businesses and schools all over the country including National Dance Education Organization, National Council of Teachers of English, The Lovett Learning Institute, National At-Risk Education Network, South Windsor Public Schools, The New England Inn and Resorts Association, and several wellness retreats. She has been published on Elephant Journal, “Finding the (Self) Love of a Lifetime,” and Body Mind Love, “Running Back to Myself.” Additional blogs/writings can be found on her website,

    Teaching Method

In order to create balance and flow in our lives, we need to get clear on knowing who we are, what is important to us, and where we see ourselves going. Doing this inner work, helps to shape the outer work. Every one is different in how they approach these big life questions, but in order to find true alignment we need to look at the mind, body, and spirit. My work involves using modalities from each other these elements and empowering my clients with tools to help them navigate the obstacles. When we are confident in ourselves from the inside out, we stand in our power and are able to make decisions more clearly, deal with adversity more effectively, and live more freely. When your heart is grounded, it will always make the right decision.
