My name is Rebecca and I am a Breathcoach facilitator. Breathwork is an active meditation practice which allows meditators to get out of the chatter of the mind and get within their bodies, connecting with their internal energy. I discovered Breathwork some years back after looking for a more wholistic approach to alleviating myself from depression and anxiety. After years of therapy, pills, I found Breathwork ans began practice with many different teachers and eventually decided to get certified and share this healing modality with others.
Breathwork will have a “cleansing” effect and provides the breather with clarity. Before each session we will discuss what issues you are currently facing. After our Breathwork session, I set aside time for us to reflect and discuss the experience.
