I am a Certified Integrative Nutrition Health Coach, Yoga + Fitness Instructor, and Self-Love Expert. I guide women through releasing food anxiety, body shame, and any weight that is holding them down from manifesting a balanced and healthy life that they deeply love. My practice is a combination proven practical tools that involve holistic nutrition, mindful movement, mindset, and spirituality.
I offer a bespoke wellness program rooted in self-love. It is NOT your average one-size-fits-all meal plan and fitness regime. Together we look at all of the elements that make up your daily life, and we pinpoint your goals for your health and beyond. Then we utilize this information to create self-love practices and healthy habits that empower you to feel your best. Whether it is based in nutrition, movement, or mindset, everything we do is uniquely suited to your individual desires and dreams.
Most importantly, I teach you how to hold yourself accountable so that even after our program is finished, you’re able to continue on your wellness journey and manifest more than you could possibly imagine! Through years of education, personal healing, and using these practices myself, I developed strategies that not only work, but are rooted in compassion and understanding. ⠀

I used mindset and self-love to heal my body two times over, and now I empower others to do the same. At 15 years old, I was told I wouldn't walk again. At the time, I was an avid dancer, frequently attended my mom’s yoga classes, and dreamed of being a professional performer. An awful car accident put all my dreams and passions at risk, but my recovery taught me the most important lesson of my life - Mindset. Is. Everything. When the doctors told me I wouldn’t walk, I turned to them and I told them they were wrong. Throughout my healing process, while I did yoga in bed (really!), I never gave up on my goal. Within 6 months I was miraculously able to dance on stage in a high school theatre production, and just 6 years later I embarked on my journey as a professional Yoga Teacher.
My love of yoga began in my mom’s classes, but flourished when I attended my first Kundalini yoga retreat at 17 years old. I initially attended the retreat as a means to lose weight. My tumultuous relationship with my body left me with body dysmorphia and disordered eating. It was during that retreat, when I lost not one single pound, that I became so incredibly exhausted by my efforts of “being skinny.” After that retreat I decided there was only one way out of the abusive relationship with my body - and it was self-love.
My disordered eating and body dysmorphia did not heal itself overnight, but over years of actively working towards self-love and an avid yoga practice, I eventually released my food-anxiety. Seeking a deeper understanding of wellness, I enrolled in Nutrition School and grew into the healthiest and happiest version of myself. I experienced food freedom in a whole new capacity. I found joy in eating the most nutritious foods, while leaving room for dark chocolate and margarita pizza without guilt. Over the years, I’ve had the honor of empowering others to treat their bodies with compassion. I know how precious, valuable, and strong the body is, and how a mindset shift can change everything. Together with my clients, we work through releasing fear, cultivating love, and living life to its fullest.
