Hmm, where I came from? Well, that would be a bit of everywhere! Being born into a military family means I lived in many different countries and communities over my lifetime but I have settled down in Sunny South Florida where I married a native and gave birth to 4 of the finest human beings in the world.
Professionally, I spent over 20 years in the field of human development and mental health. After a time, my path opened into a whole person and medical health position as well. I had much to learn about physical health and medicine but I came to see just how integrated our wellness is and how important each component of our life is to achieving wellness.
Over time I worked with many individuals and their families, and often the situation was frustrating as clients were relegated to a back seat role in their own health by their medical or mental health providers. Their input was not welcomed, and of course, the outcomes were not great.
I knew there was a better way and when I found it, I started Auspicious Fish to bring this to my community and others in need. I love what I do and I'd do it for free if I could but you know, at the end of the day, we all have to eat!
I started Auspicious Fish based on the philosophy of Lao Tsu, Give a man a fish he eats for a day, Teach a man to fish you feed him for life.
My methods teach one not only how to overcome today's obstacles or reach those front door goals- my clients develop skills and wellness practices that can be applied in any challenging situation they face and overcome them to reach their Best Possible Self.
I believe each client is unique but can be served using client-directed gold standard practices. One can provide cutting edge services using the newest findings in intuitive, metaphysics, neurobiology, psychology and other medical science to provide a whole person approach in a way that honors individuals as the expert on themselves and their right to take the driver's seat in their life.

Years In Practice
We're proud to announce our latest news, we are officially a recognized Go4Life partner of the National Institute of Aging program through the National Institute of Health! You'll find Auspicious Fish listed under the local/regional partner listing https://go4life.nia.nih.gov/current-partners/
So what does this mean and why do you care?
We're all aging, every day, whether we like it our not. But I believe that vibrant aging is possible.
Once upon a time we believed our brain could not produce new cells, old dogs couldn't learn new tricks and well... we know for a fact that was wrong wrong wrong!
Our beautiful brain is plastic, it renews, it grows, it does change as we age, but that can be a good thing!
And I believe that's true for the rest of our body as well.
Well, it means that at Auspicious Fish I believe each client is unique but can be served using client-directed gold standard practices. One can provide cutting edge services using the newest findings in intuitive and hard sciences of metaphysics and medical science to provide a whole person approach and this is true no matter what age we are.
