Given Kate's background in the arts her therapeutic approach works well with creative professionals across all industries including, creative professionals in the fields of technology, advertising, art, design, music, dance and entertainment.
My approach to psychotherapy is grounded in traditional talk or psychodynamic therapy along with mindfulness, attachment, somatic, humanistic, and expressive arts based theories. I also draw from different ancient holistic practices such as Ayurveda. As a working ceramicist I also perform clay therapy upon request.
