Genevieve is a certified holistic health coach, French-trained, and plant-based trained chef. She combines her culinary skills and knowledge of nutrition to create synergy with high-frequency foods that nourish the body and feed the soul. Her passion stems from her own journey to healing herself from irritable bowel syndrome, and chronic fatigue syndrome. She specializes in working with clients suffering from celiac disease and gluten sensitivity.
With her clients, she explores the wholeness of mind, body, and spirit while committing to growth and transformation. She inspires and supports them to activate their body's innate ability to heal itself by using food as medicine and achieving vibrant, boundless energy.

Food and lifestyle choices determine what genes we turn on or off, which means we have the ability to prevent and reverse disease. When a client is looking to shift to a more plant-based diet, I support them in taking small steps to achieve and maintain their goals; slow and steady wins the race.
