    About

    I'm a Meditation and Yoga Teacher, Theta Healer, Writer and Holistic Counsellor.
    I began meditating in my teens to help relieve migraines. It was such a simple and effective treatment that I came back to it in my twenties when I experienced the breakdown of an 8 year relationship, suffered from severe allergies and digestive issues that eventually led to an asthma attack and unexpectedly lost my Mum to Pancreatic Cancer when she was just 51 years old.
    It was thanks to mindfulness, meditation and yoga that I was able to overcome my loss of relationship, loss of my health and the loss of the greatest source of love that I had ever known. Now I teach others how they can overcome obstacles and become the best version of themself they can be.
    I appreciate the beauty of nature's energy and believe that everyone has the ability to thrive rather than simply survive. I am passionate about practicing mindfulness with every aspect of life, from the food we eat to the products we put on our skin. Mindfulness, meditation and movement changed my life and it can change yours too.

    Philosophy

    I provide a nurturing, supportive and compassionate space to guide my clients to reconnect to their heartspace to heal from disease and achieve greater holistic wellbeing.
    Using mindfulness, meditation and movement I teach others how to relax, reconnect, heal and grow.

    Qualifications

    Diploma of Meditation Therapy and Holistic Counselling, Advanced DNA Theta Healing, 200hr Yoga Teacher Training, Naturopathic Nutrition
