Founder of Art to Healing & Yoga for Freedom, Atira has initiated international women’s health, art therapy and trauma-informed yoga programs for women and girls who have experienced sex slavery and exploitation internationally for the past 15 years.
She teaches yoga workshops, retreats & teacher trainings internationally, and assists women, men and children, particularly those who have experienced sexual abuse, in groups & individually in her private practice and community settings as an art therapist and somatic experiencing practitioner.
A world traveler and seeker of truth, her contribution to Art to Healing's women's health and art therapy programs have transformed the lives of thousands of women and children who have experienced sexual abuse and exploitation, and she continues to ripple healing, empowerment, and education to these women and girls, in the rural communities, brothels, and slums in 8 countries in Asia and the Pacific.
