Amy is a personal trainer and Mat & Reformer Pilates instructor. Amy's classes and training sessions are a combination of dynamic training methods which have been influenced by her passion for movement, strength, flexibility and physical fitness. Amy always delivers strong classes and sessions that are challenging and strong, encouraging people to extend themselves beyond their boundaries and limitations. Amy is a global native baby having lived and experienced life in Hong Kong, Sydney and now London. Through years of extensive travel Amy is able to connect and relate to anyone she meets and it is through these connections that she is able to help people build their confidence in order for them to reach their true potential.
Amy's philosophy and teaching method stems from her passion for being the best that you can be. Physically, mentally and emotionally. This doesn't mean perfection, quite the opposite really. It means to encompass all that you are with no limitations. Excepting the light as well as the dark and understanding that sometimes you need to push the boundaries to discover what you are really made of. Amy believes that by challenging yourself when you train you can unlock the power to challenge yourself and push the boundaries in all that you anytime anywhere. You only have one life. Live it to its fullest. Give your body what it needs and it will give back ten fold.
