Hiyo! My name is Adam :) I've always been an inquisitive and self-motivated learner. I've always loved to build, create, and improve on things—including myself. I like to dive deep and explore my passions, from entrepreneurship and production to art, wellness, spirituality, and interpersonal dynamics. I am regularly consuming and synthesizing new knowledge and experiences. I've learned a lot from books and traditional schooling. Still, many of my most impactful lessons were through trial and error and developing my own methods of coping and problem-solving. Throughout my career, I make observations. I see patterns develop. And I've become more and more frustrated at how traditional education, popular culture, and business schooling still fail to prepare people adequately for fulfilling life and work. I watch critical skills like self-awareness, healthy communication, proactive personal growth, and mental health continue to take a backseat in people's minds or seem non-existent entirely. This is a persisting void and I recall viscerally what it was like to have to go through the process of navigating new identities, start careers, and grow in life and business with these same gaps, alone, and without any guidance or direction. I am exceptionally passionate about changing this trend. Simply put, whether a business, relationship, or healthy life, I learned how daunting it is to build something on your own and how difficult it is to find the kind of support that helps you get better faster. My goal is to shortcut some of that error and struggle for those going through the building process now.

I believe you need to understand yourself as much as you do your business, and that bridging the gap between personal growth and business strategy is critical to a healthy life and successful venture. I’m experienced in working with clients across the spectrum between both extremes of soft and hard skills. Some of topics I cover with clients includes helping overcome imposter syndrome and the challenges of transitioning into a new identity as an entrepreneur and founder, working on cofounder relationships, communication and delegation; and more tactical hard skills such as boiling down your venture idea to it’s most essential and compelling narrative, and crafting that narrative into an effective and concise pitch and deck; providing critique and constructive feedback on your business model; strategizing how to best interact with investors; and providing general support as an ongoing experienced sounding board and co-pilot. Each coaching relationship typically starts with gathering insights via an intro session interview, validated psychometric survey, and guided self-inquiry. From there, we continue to work with things as they come up or for specific issues, I create a coaching program unique to the client based on their needs and goals. In addition to my experience, I draw from a variety of modern coaching models, physical and somatic exercises, and tools and practices I’ve created. I’m an endlessly curious operator, constantly learning and doing. Outside of coaching, I remain an active producer, advisor, and student. Continuing education, constant self-reflection, and active involvement in business operations keeps me sharp and of ever-increasing value to my clients.
