Just what we like to hear, science backing up what we already intuitively knew was great for us !

A just-released study from Australia’s RMIT University (surveying 4,000+ hot springs users) found that bathing in hot springs provided significant relief for severe back pain, arthritis, injury, chronic pain, depression, anxiety and insomnia.

Hot Springs and thermal baths are over a $50 billion segment of the wellness tourism sector. It is really interesting to see proven evidence that beyond the usual motivators such as relaxation, peace, tranquility, indulgence and escape, there are significant benefits.

I would be looking up your nearest bath house and adding that to your "once-a-week" routine stat!
