The Vegan Nesquick

For Kids and Adults, Cold in Summer and Warm in Winter... How many of us just love the pleasure of having a Nesquick or Cacaolat (for those back in Spain) but refuse, due to the fear of consuming the ingredients in it, basically processed sugars?

Nesquick reminds me of after-school activities, an on the go drink and also warming moments on a cold rainy day, relaxing, watching the ocean in my home town. That is my personal memory but I know it can remind many of you of very special moments and for that reason I decided to create this chocolate drink: The Vegan Nesquick.


- 2 Dates - 1 Cup Water - 1 Tablespoon Almond Butter - 1 Tablespoon Raw Cacao Powder - 1 Tablespoon Vanilla Essence - Optional for more sweetness: 1 Tablespoon natural sweetener such as Coconut Nectar or Maple Syrup.

PROCESS Just blend all ingredients in a Blender.
