Establishing the foundation of health
Project Nutrition is a collaboration between two qualified nutritionists with the aim to inform and motivate people to obtain better health through understandable, attainable and affordable lifestyle changes. The basic fundamentals of health are often overlooked today as we are exposed to a constant flow of misleading and confusing information. Chronic diseases such as obesity, diabetes, autoimmune disease, mental illness and cancer are rising dramatically. Our food and lifestyle choices need to be considered in their rightful place as part of the integrative treatment in disease prevention, disease management and overall wellbeing.
The human body has an incredible ability to heal itself given the right help. We hope this space helps you create a greater connection to your food and ultimately to your health.

Nutritionists work with individuals to assess nutritional status, current disease states, and how diet, lifestyle, illness, and environmental factors may be influencing a person’s health.
The human body continuously tries to remain in balance (homeostasis), however when symptoms arise, this is a sign of bodily dysfunction with one or more interconnected systems and/or diseases. Using primarily food as medicine, functional pathology, evidenced-based nutritional supplementation, and lifestyle recommendations, we aim to find the root cause in order to restore imbalances and work toward better health.
