In our opinion there's not one answer for everyone, everyone is different and it's important to find out what feels good for you and what works for you by creating awareness.
We offer easy and accessible online programs, nutritional consultations, online courses, e-books and blogs with simple tips and suggestions focused on yoga, meditation and a healthy diet.
At a certain point in time we (Robien and Dorien, the ladies behind Listen Today) realized we had lost the intense sense of happiness we had when we were younger.
We'd come to a point where our heads were leading the way rather then our hearts.
Throughout our extensive travels, various studies and our own experimentation, we discovered the benefits that yoga, meditation and a healthy diet offer.
We decided to build an online platform to teach people how to create more awareness in their daily lives to keep themselves standing in our crazy busy society by finding more balance and listening to their heart.
