As a Digital Marketing Director & Growth Hacker, your goal would be to manage the growth of New World Native platform by applying advanced digital marketing techniques across channels such as Google Adwords, Facebook, Instagram etc.

  • You must have in-depth experience of Digital Marketing (especially Adwords and Facebook).
  • You must have a highly analytical mindset
  • Experience with A/B testing and web analytics is a big plus.
  • Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
  • You must have a keen appreciation for branding and naming
  • Experience with managing Social Media Channels (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram)
  • Experience with Social Media Strategy, working with external customers and startups is highly desirable
  • A keen love for the wellness industry is a must, lifestyle must be in line with this passion.
  • Experience creating and implementing successful sales funnels 
  • Experience with crowdfunding
  • Experience with membership based networks and communities
  • Experience creating content strategies
  • Inbound marketing experience
  • Experience with Hubspot is a plus

Strategic Partnership Specialist

The Strategic Partnerships Specialist, at New World Native is responsible for managing strategic opportunities within our wellness business. This role requires internal and external collaboration, the ability to partner with leadership to drive key initiatives, and comfort managing large accounts. Ultimately, your goal is to help transform the face of New World Native on a global level.

What you’ll be working on
• Enable our customers to find wellness practitioners when, where, and how they want to
• Enable our practitioners to build their profile within the wellness industry and find more clients 
• Drive strategic wellness partnerships in a truly entrepreneurial way while also championing the vision of one of the largest and fastest growing wellness companies in the world
• Serve as the point of contact for long-term strategic partnerships

Responsibilities

• Have great attention to detail and exceptional follow through
• Be customer-centric and focused on delivering seamless experiences
• Support the Founder and Digital Marketing Director & Global Community Manager on a broad range of strategic partnership projects that help shape the future of the wellness industry
• Help manage partnership and acquisition partnerships with strategic wellness brands and retailers to support New World Native goals
• Demonstrate up-to-date expertise in metrics and data analytics programs and apply this to the development and continued optimization of reporting
• Focus on continuous improvement
